HOW TO MAKE TASTY NO OIL EGG BREAKFAST

Prep Your Ingredients:

 Wash and chop your vegetables of choice. You can use a variety of vegetables to add flavor and nutrients to your eggs.  . 

Heat the Pan:

Use a non-stick skillet to prevent sticking. If necessary, lightly spray the pan with a non-stick cooking spray (which is oil-free) or use a non-stick ceramic pan.  

Sauté the Vegetables:

 . Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the chopped vegetables. Sauté them until they become tender and slightly caramelized. This usually takes about 3-5 minutes.

Whisk the Eggs:

In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs and spices. Whisk until well combined.

Add the Eggs to the Pan:

 Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Reduce the heat to low-medium.  

Scramble the Eggs:

Gently stir the eggs and vegetables together using a spatula. Continue stirring and folding until the eggs are cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Serve:

Transfer the scrambled eggs and vegetables to a plate. Garnish with additional herbs or spices if desired.
